ArtisCorpus Gallery cordially invites artists to submit proposals for exhibitions to be scheduled in 2009

Guidelines for Proposals

1. Proposals are limited to works which may eventually be offered for sale to the public.

2. Artists are given the liberty to package their proposals in whatever form or manner they prefer.

3. Proposals for exhibition must contain the following items:

• Letter request addressed to the Curator of the Gallery
• Updated curriculum vitae of artist
• Portfolio of recent works
• Proposed exhibition title
• Proposed exhibition concept and philosophy
• Number of works for exhibition
• Average dimension of works for exhibition
• Estimate prices of works for exhibition
• Proposed schedule of the exhibition

4. Proposals and materials submitted to the Gallery shall remain with the Gallery for future reference. Once submitted, they become property of the Gallery.

5. Submission of proposals is on Thursday 16 October 2008 from 10:00 in the morning till 4:00 in the afternoon, at the ArtisCorpus Gallery located at 303 Haig Street, Mandaluyong City.
